November 1908

Harry Lee Fogg becomes the county’s first judge after statehood.

July 1932

Harry Lee’s son William Fogg joins his father in the firm.


Harry Lee Fogg admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.

June 1939

Rupert Fogg joins his father and brother in the practice.


William and Rupert Fogg serve in World War II.

November 1945

Fogg, Fogg & Fogg reunited after the War.

January 1953

Wm. Fogg becomes District Judge for Canadian and Oklahoma counties.

June 1965

Rupert’s son Richard Fogg joins the firm.

November 1971

Richard Fogg named Oklahoma’s Outstanding Young Lawyer.

February 1972

Richard Fogg admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.

May 1994

Firm selected for membership in Primerus.

November 2001

Firm celebrates 100th anniversary.

June 2008

Firm renamed as Fogg Law Firm.

October 2014

Chance Deaton joins the Fogg Law Firm
